By using Pokéname (the bot, the website at https://pokename.com, and any related services — together, the “Services”) you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please stop using the Services.

1. What Pokéname does

Pokéname is a Discord bot that identifies Pokétwo spawns using AI and provides helper features like shiny pings, collection alerts, rare spawn tracking, anti-steal warnings and auto-locks. We are not affiliated with Pokétwo, Discord, Nintendo, Game Freak, or The Pokémon Company.

2. Acceptable use

You may use Pokéname for personal, non-commercial use on Discord servers you own or have permission to add the bot to. You agree not to abuse, reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the Services, and not to use the bot in any way that violates Discord’s Terms of Service or Pokétwo’s rules.

3. Premium and payments

Some features require a paid subscription or one-time purchase. Prices and inclusions are shown on the pricing page and may change at any time. Payments are processed by PayPal — we never see or store your card details. See the refund policy for refund terms.

4. No warranty

The Services are provided “as is”. We don’t guarantee they will be available, accurate, or free of bugs. Identification is best-effort and can be wrong. We are not responsible for any in-game consequences (lost catches, stolen pokémon, missed shinies, etc.) caused by the bot, downtime, or third-party services.

5. Changes

We may update these terms or change/remove features at any time. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
