REFUND POLICY

All sales are final
Pokéname premium subscriptions, background purchases, and any other paid features are non-refundable. Once a payment is processed, we do not issue refunds, partial refunds, credits or exchanges — regardless of usage.
Your responsibility
It is your responsibility to claim premium on the correct server after paying. If you forget to claim your subscription, claim it on the wrong server, lose access to a server, or never use the features you paid for, we are not obligated to refund or transfer the purchase. The paid features were made available to you — that’s where our obligation ends.
Cancelling future renewals
You can cancel a recurring subscription at any time from the dashboard. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period.
Exceptions
If you were charged due to a clear bug on our side (e.g. double-billing for the same period), contact us and we’ll fix it. This is the only situation where a refund may be issued, at our discretion.
